Il corso si svolge nel primo semestre del secondo anno. La frequenza alle lezioni è facoltativa, ma vivamente consigliata per l'estrema specificità degli argomenti trattati, la mancanza di un testo esaustivo degli argomenti stessi e l'unicità dell'esperienza formativa che si svolge in aula.
Il corso comprende sia lezioni frontali che sessioni di discussione interattiva sull'apprendimentoattivo. Tutte le lezioni sono supportate da presentazioni PowerPoint. Gli studenti sono incoraggiati a tenere presentazioni basate su articoli recenti riguardanti gli argomenti in studio selezionati.
